This was why Remembrance was created.

To support women to;

Make time and space for themselves (even when life feels busy!)

Remain curious of their experiences and how it has shaped them

Gain greater confidence in their ability to cope with life’s stressors

Be more present

Have a more secure, kinder relationship with self

So what exactly is a Remembrance space?

 

A 75minute, online space exploring a particular theme with support of journaling, meditation, breathwork and trauma sensitive yoga practices.

Examples of themes explored include;

Mindful Presence

Nourishment

HAVE SOME QUESTIONS? I HAVE ANSWERS..

  • No previous yoga experience is necessary as it is an invitational practice with lots of choice given throughout our time together.

  • No. In the membership there is no affiliation with particular religions or spirituality. It is about connecting to your mind and body (and spirit only if that is what you identify with) and finding what will best support you in your life.

  • Whilst Remembrance can feel therapeutic in nature, it is not a replacement for psychological therapy. For more information, please check out our Terms and Conditions here.
